My qualifications:
Regardless of your referral source, make sure that the home inspector is a member of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI). In order to be the best you have to be trained by the best. I attended ASHI Schools. I am also a certified member of ICC, the International Code Council www.iccsafe.org.
The American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) is the oldest and most widely recognized non-profit professional association for independant home inspectors. ASHI's "Standards of Practice" serve as the home inspectors performance guideline, and are universally recognized and accepted by professional and government authorities. Copies of the Standards are available at www.ashi.org.
We can handle all your inspection needs without any worry or hassle. If its new construction, we contact your builder and fax all our credentials. Most builders in the metro area are familiar with Countryside and will probably already have our credentials.
I can have your inspection report in your hand the same day as the inspection in most cases. Most clients request their reports be emailed or faxed to them. I use professional home inspection software. I use a narrative report system with digital photos that is accurate and most important, is easy to read and understand. I take the necessary time to complete the report in my office, not on the road between inspections.
