My fee depends on factors such as the age and the size of the house. I take great pride in my work and perform very high quality inspections . I take the time to produce a professional report. My fees are comparable to other ASHI Inspectors. Like  any profession you can find inspectors that will do your inspection cheaper. Surprisingly some people risk their biggest investment by shopping for the cheapest inspection. Are you willing to take this risk ? The best way to avoid buying a bad house is for buyers to ask lots of questions, and make their purchase contingent on a satisfactory professional home inspection. Buyers should strive to learn everything possible about the home before purchase. When possible, my client should accompany me during the inspection. You will learn many things about your home, and you can ask questions as you go. There is no such thing as a dumb question.

    As an ASHI Inspector, I've incorporated the ASHI Standards of Practice in my Inspection Agreement. My inspection however, exceeds the standards that ASHI sets as a minimum.
